At Hella Heels, we want you to feel empowered in your footwear; if your heels aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Heels

  Place the unworn heels back in their original branded box and secure them in a protective mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
